As part of account management, OGDC proactively monitors your account health dashboard for policy warnings, listing suppressions, and compliance flags across all managed platforms. When issues arise, we manage the case and appeal process directly drafting plans of action, submitting documentation, and coordinating with platform support until resolved.

What reporting do you provide?

Monthly reporting includes a full performance summary across all managed channels covering sales, advertising efficiency (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS), organic rank movement, account health status, and a forward-looking optimization roadmap. We also flag notable events and competitive changes throughout the month as they arise.

Is there a minimum engagement period?

Account Management is typically structured as a 3-month initial engagement, then month-to-month. This allows enough time to implement foundational optimizations, see measurable results, and establish a working rhythm before evaluating the ongoing relationship.
